Koha:JOIN IN - Please check out how we are trying to apply our Tipu Ake Leadership Model on this project. If you find it can help you too, then perhaps your koha may be appropriate time, services, information, or resources that you would like to contribute in return and thus join our team supporting a specific project - see projects list. This will normally involve you interacting directly with the individual project itself. With the wholistic long term outcome focused approach we take it, is almost impossible for us to meet the specific and narrow short term output based criteria of most current government funding sources. If you would like to contribute funds at the program level, to help us do the big picture research, learning, planning, project seeding and administration (sometimes as class or extra-curricular activities at the School), that would be immensely helpful thanks. Often we do not need much money for our projects - just enought to allow us to give us the knowledge and tools to which we can apply our own energy and that of volunteers that work with us. Kaitiakitanga Program Team Please note we do not accept conventional corporate sponsorship with
naming rights , publicity rights etc. This would clash with our values
that require that koha be a unconditional act of the sharing of surpluses.
The value gained by each party will be the outcomes from strong long term
win -win relationships of trust so formed by this sharing. |
